My Role as a Connector

At Imagine That Farm, I serve as a bridge between care farms and mental health agencies, helping to create meaningful, effective partnerships that enhance therapeutic services.

  • I help mental health agencies find and connect with qualified care farms that meet their clients’ needs.

  • I collaborate closely with mental health professionals to support integration of care farm therapies into their practices.

  • I provide training and consultation to therapists and care farm staff, ensuring best practices in nature- and animal-assisted therapy.

  • I oversee and manage ongoing relationships between care farms and agencies to foster strong collaboration and program success.

By facilitating these connections and offering expert guidance, I help expand access to care farm therapy and strengthen its impact on mental and emotional well-being.
